So, today was the first day of workouts.
This made me realize that I was really in no shape but round! HAHA!
So, here's what I did!
1 ab circuit at reps of 2
20 crunches
10 sit ups
20 girl push ups
5 regular push ups
1 round of the "cha cha Slide"
and
16 minutes on the treadmill at 3 MPH
and
4 minutes on the treadmill at 1 or 2 MPH
plus normal stretches!
I think my body is in a bit of shock, but I can already tell you that I feel better!

This is awesome!
Can't wait till Wednesday, think I'll up my Ab Circuit reps to 3 and see how that goes!

Ack! I haven't given you the awesome after workout stretches. You're going to be hurting tomorrow after all you did. When did I say to do 20 girl pushups? Haha! I can't be held responsible for the results since you did more than I said to do. ;)
ReplyDeleteHey! Those girl push ups were so easy that I couldn't resist! I just did some normal stretching of my own, maybe next week you can give me the after workout stretches!

ReplyDeleteHaha I noticed the Wednesday thing but let it go since you're so excited. I'm glad to have someone fall into the addiction with me. Hehe! I never found girl pushups easy, not enough to do 20, so you've got more upper body strength than I did when I started.
ReplyDeleteGirl push ups are easier for me than regular push ups, and always have been... Yes, I think this is an addiction I could enjoy to have lol
